18 days out and 30 pounds !

The morning of my sleeve I weighed in at 362.
Today after spending 3 hours at the gym, I weighed myself on the way out and fully clothed and the scale said 331.8.

A whopping 30 pounds in 18 days. The strange part is, I already had a stall that lasted for 5 days after 8 days out.

Do these results seem normal and on average to you guys?

Im male, 45 yo, 6 foot 2, a comfo weight for me is around 230.
Ive still got 100 pounds to go which from where I stand right now seems like an eternity, but heck, last May I was at my heaviest of 401.5.

ive been tired and dragged out this month, sleeping a lot, but I make sure I get at least 100 grams of protein in each day. Those Premiere protein drinks from Costo have been a life saver :)

I cant weight for the day I get on the scale and the first number I see is a "2"

Today was my first day I was allowed to do weights, before today was all cardio.
Ive been doing 60 minutes on the bike every day, and now every other day im adding a light weight workout to it.
