Why after being on the 2 week Protein diet am I NOW back peddling?? I am allowed 1 low cal meal per day, until 2days before then its clear liquids. Yesterday I did horrible with my one meal but I was 60 miles away from home and someone else cooked. I ran out of protein shakes..due to not anticipating being away that long. I messed up again today just a lil and I feel awful

Don't beat yourself up too bad. You got this, you are back in the comfort of your own home and you can and will do this. Remember all that you have gone thru to get here. You only have a few days left. Get back on the horse and ride that sucker until Thursday.

Two days is not enough damage to ruin your efforts. Just get right back on track right now and keep moving forward.
