Snack ideas...
beef jerky and pork skins in moderation, I buy a big thing but then divide them out into weighed servings so I wont over eat. Also we go to Sam's and get the sargento light cheddar and colby jack cheese sticks and they're really good and I think 60 calories. I also do almonds, but I'm trying to only get 100 calorie packs so I force myself into moderation. I have to eat about 1/2 then wait a while to eat the other half because they hurt my stomach if I eat too many too quick. We were told Almonds are good for the "good fat".
For snacks - I eat cottage cheese, Greek yogurt (and make frozen treats out of them) muscle milk Popsicles, turkey/cheese, turkey pepperoni with cheese, fried egg with low carb corn tortilla, sf jello, string cheese, small meatballs, etc.
Most of the time I don't really have a bright line between what's a snack and a meal so anything goes really.

cheese and apple slices, cheese and anything- extra sharp or 2% sharp
cheese crisps- shredded cheddar on parchment paper in microwave. I season with cumin, chilli powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, smoked paprika- all or some combination of seasonings.
almonds (not the honey roasted and other salt laden varieties)- I eat salt free almonds and cashews. Also, the cocoa roast almonds have very little sodium. The salt is what makes nuts so addictive.
boiled egg and cheese stick or slices (all protein snack)
I like cocoa roasted almonds with cashews and apple (reminds me of carmel apple) or cocoa roasted almonds with banana (only about 2inches of a banana).
I sometimes have reduced fat wheat thins with the cheese. For some reason, wheat thins were on my list early on.
Left over meat and left over frittata or omlet are pretty common too. If I have leftovers that are too small for a meal, I just make it a snack.
That's it for me. I'm not the most original person, but I don't get board.
