The more you drink.....the more you shrink......
I make sure to drink at least 20 oz between every meal/snack. I carry a 20 oz water bottle with me where ever I go to help with this. I start out my day with 20 oz... I won't let myself eat breakfast until I have drank my 20 oz. After breakfast, i won't let myself have a snack or lunch until I do another 20 oz (or more). And so on and so forth throughout the day. Not only does this help me get 100 oz of fluids every day (my goal), but it also helps me to avoid grazing between meals/snacks. So if it gets to be time to eat and I havent' had my 20 oz, I make myself sit there and drink another 20 oz before I can eat.

It's my goal to drink 100 ounces a day, and I usually meet it with ease. My tactic was to invest in a 52 ounce jug LOL. They sell them at the gas station here. I either refill it there with ice tea or water from home. When I have finished 2 of those, I'm all set. When I start around 8am, I'm done with both by 5. Just constantly drink. Once you force yourself for a few weeks it becomes second nature.
