Don't get discouraged - it happens.  Trust me, I know how hard it can be when that scale sticks - its just part of our life.  Stalls are our bodys way of trying to adjust to all of the changes that come with weight loss.  They usually happen about every 50 lbs.  Some peoples last weeks, some just days.  Its all very individual.

My surgeons advice, when they happen - just stick to your plan, the weight will come off.

In my case I just today hit 233 which was a goal for me because it represented finally being overweight instead of obese.  It was a joy because I had been stuck at 235 for a week.  So far this month I have only lost 7.4 lbs.  I need to lose another 18 lbs to hit my next goal.  It just is what it is.

Try not to be too hard on yourself.  For where you are it sounds like you are doing everything right.  A stall is not a failure, its just the vagaries of the human body at work.

There must be thousands of posts on here about the 3 week stall.  It happens but won't last forever.  Your body needs time to adjust.  You just lost 25 lbs ver rapidly.

Great job with the 25 lbs. Everyone goes through this so don't let it get to you mentally. My stall lasted 3 WEEKS! but I still noticed changes to my body and how my clothes fit. Be patient and just follow your plan. As the saying goes - we didn't get fat overnight so we aren't going to lose it all overnight.

Stay focused on your goal and before you know it the scale will drop.

It happens to us all, don't sweat it. Mine happened 4 days after surgery and lasted 3 weeks. Now that was frustrating. Just keep on doing all the right things and eventually all the right things with happen.
