I was at biglots looking to see if they had some muscle milk cause I was out and forgot to take my protein with me. I came across these cans called Zoic. They had mixed berry and French Vanilla. I haven't tried the mixed berry yet but the french vanilla is amazing. Looking on amazon apparently they have beligan Chocolate and cookies in cream too. I was so scared to drink it cause I thought that I would gag as soon as I drank but was pleasantly surprised lol I paid $5 for 4 cans. Check the specs for yourself. Thought I'd share :) Kerry

unsure of the protein. My surgeon wants only whey protein isolate.

Not too bad. Some folks prefer only whey protein but most folks can do just fine with milk protein and soy protein. Not for the lactose intolerant, but sounds like a decent drink!

Where do you find it in Big Lots? Is it with the food stuff or somewhere else? I'm sending my 20-year-old to the store and if I don't put my finger on it for him, I'm out of luck. LOL!

DISGUSTING!!! I bought 2 flavors yesterday ($10) and nearly threw up. The SMELL alone is enough to make just about anyone gag. Sorry but I can't back you on this recommendation.
