I second this. Zero negative impact on my loss. The caffiene really irritated my stomach for about 3 months. I had caffiene-triggered reflux long before surgery, though, so that probably had something to do with it. Now I can drink any amount of it with no issues. I use truvia to sweeten it, and sugar-free powdered creamer. Hovers around 40 calories per large cup.

I started drinking coffee again this past week or so. (Finals are kicking my ass - needed the boost). My nut said as long as I didn't irritate my stomach, I'd be all good. I mix a whole scoop of my Vanilla protein powder into it. It is one of the few ways I have found to tolerate my protein powder!
For sweetener I use either the vanilla Torani SF or some splenda.

I drink 2 cups every morning with a half a pack of Splenda in each. I am still losing fast as ever and it actually makes me feel better. It's just one thing my body needed. But when I go to Starbucks, which is RARE, I make sure I get a decaf, sugar free, soy latte. It's more for the taste than anything. Mmmmmmmmm now I want one!
