Traveling for work again today.  menu not totally in my control but still doing ok

B: coffee w/creamer, small banana, 1/3 oz peanuts, small graham cracker
S: more coffee
L: sushi!
S: maybe more sushi!
D: not sure yet

Water: half done
Vites: done
Exercise: walked about two miles plus up and down 12 flights of stairs quickly (you do what you can when you travel!)

D: Not sure yet... thinking some sirloin burger 2 oz and watermelon.

Anyone know if watermelon should be considered a liquid? and eaten separately from solid food?

L: 1/4 cup of beans and 1.5 oz of turkey sausage
S: 12 almonds and other 1/2 of protein shake
D: Grilled chicken strips with some shredded cheese
