Hi Everyone,

It's been a little over 5 months and I'm down 100# so the first huge goal has been met. Now on to the second, which is onederland and only 5 more lbs to go. Hopefully that one will come much sooner. Just wanted to thank all of you who have asked questions and all of you who have answered. It seems that when I had a question to ask someone did it first. So I may not post much but I'm visiting almost everyday. So I will stick with plan, exercise and motivation and continue to check the boards.
