Well I never would have thought it was possible for this 56 year old woman to run a 5K. But I did it today and I felt wonderful. What a wonderful life that has been given back to me. I am probably the healthiest that I have been in 20 years. And so very very grateful. Just needed to brag a bit thanks for listening. Everyone have a wonderful evening.

Great!!! I plan on doing a 5k once I'm have the vsg... I got info on couch to 5k... I'm still on week one... I'm going to stay on week one until I have the vsg

My girlfriend did the c25k and runs all the time now. You will get there.
