The couch to 5K is the most popular. I have tried it in the past and it does train. I did not care for the music but I've heard you can now choose your own music.

However, this time I just put together my favorite music, and ran until I got out of breath then wal****il my heart rate went down then ran again. I just found music that had a good running beat and put it in order that I liked.

Now I just run . I dont get out of breath unless I run too fast, if so, I just slow my pace. I usually have to stop if my muscles start to fail in my legs.

Water while running is important and staying cool helps a lot.

Hope this helps,
donna

C25k works. No need for apps and all that. Just get a watch and memorize the times.
