Psych eval part 2
So I originally did my psych evaluation last July. How was I supposed to know it was only valid for a year ???? Well I went back to the same psychologist and this is what happens
Him- Oh I've seen you before, how old are you now?
Me- 23
Him- Have you had any psychiatric issues in the last year?
Me- No
Him- Why have you waited so long to do your surgery?
Me- My probationary period at work was extended
Him- OK. (Typing..........) Here you go. I'll fax over the copy.
New evaluation is the old evaluation with different dates and a different age.......
Blahhhhhhhhh I hate stressing for nothing!

And additionally don't know if this applied to you but I'm self pay so I would have had to pay a extra couple hundred bucks just for that if I had to redo my evalutation.
HW 302 lbs. SW 279.8 lbs. CW 193.8 lbs MFP Jarabacoagirl Preop diets 22.2 lbs, 1st month 21.2 lbs, 2nd month 14.6 lbs, 3rd month 11.2 lbs, 4th month 7 lbs, 5th month 7 lbs, 6th month 6.8 lbs, 7th month 5.2 lbs, 8th month 4.4 lbs 9 and 10th months slowed down didn't record exactly
108.2 lbs lost from highest weight!
(86.2 lbs of that was lost since surgery date)
