Fat Sick and nearly Dead !!!

I jus****ched this film online.....WOW...Talk about inspirational.  Joe Cross is wonderful, his nice Aussie accent doesnt hurt.  LOL   Go to jointhereboot.com to watch this inspirational documentary.  I'm thinking about doing it for 10 days...

I have seen the film, I agree it really makes you think. There is another one called Forks over Knives that opened up my eyes as well.

I've thought about it too but I'm going to maybe do a couple days when I'm off work just every other meal and see how it goes and run it by my WLS surgeon at next meeting just to be sure it's ok given how were a little different from everybody else.
