Hey all! I am trying to get prepared for my weeks of liqid protein drink diet pre-and post op! I see all kinds of people posting abotu their favs etc, but was wondering if there is an actual recipe place?

These ARE great, I should clarify though, (and I'm not complaining as I saved all these links!) But I was actually looking for recipes for protein beverages for pre-op and post op phase 2...
