Help!! Where do I find the Century Club Icon?

You'd think I'd know this already, since I've been looking forward to this moment for a few weeks now - lol.  Can someone tell me where to find and how to post the Century Club icon. tytytyty!!!!!

I can remember feeling that way - you'll be so surprised to see how quickly the time will fly. It's only been 4 months - and with 65 more lbs to go I'm feeling overwhelmed that I've come so far in only 4 months, but still wondering how much longer it will take to reach goal.  But I'm determined to celebrate this milestone and recognize the magnitude of it - for me.  I've never lost this much weight in my life! So don't be surprised, if in just a few short months you're posting that century club membership card - I'm living proof it can happen.  My prayer is that I get to goal within 6 - 9 months (preferrably 6) and I no longer feel like that's an impossibility.
