My skin has been alittle dry so I've been lotioning up and getting all my liquids in.  I'm sure it's probably the drastic diet change.  Maybe someone else will have have some other ideas.  Hope you feel better.

You might have an allergy to a medication they used or tapes/gauze, etc. I ended up itching like crazy, including my feet in the middle of the night, and was allergic to a specific med they sent me home with. Ugh.

They took all the tape off of me 7 days after surgery and they stopped the blood thinner at the same time... I'm on no new meds...

I had surgery the same day.  I am itchy too but not as bad as you and mostly around the incision sites.  I am not on any meds not even pain meds anymore.  I was told that was the incisions healing.  My friend had rny said she itched like crazy and when she did any activity she would sweat like crazy suposedly that is fat burning lol.  Idk but if you are not on any new meds then maybe its nothing to worry about.

i was told it was probably a reaction to anesthesia.  I had itching all over - not just incision areas.  It faded in 3-4 days.

I think it is the anesthesia... I was fine until the surgery... I don't want to go to work next month itching

Most likely the anesthesia working through your system. Many people will experience this for up to 3 months out. especially Morphine patients. although it should be getting a little better each day, Benadryl is probably going to be your best friend right now...
