9 month check up

Had the nine month check up this past monday and the results were good. Down about 100lbs on their scales, 4% more body fat lost. Bmi in the high normal range. I love it. Although lately I have seen the scales creep up a few. I have started working out and hope some of it is fat to muscle conversion. I have leveled out on the weight loss, and some personal issues have had me graze a bit more which I need to control.

I got this! It is an amazing feeling, I can jog on the tread mill a mile, Am wanting to try a 5K this summer for my 50th birthday. Hope the knees hold out. Lol.

Remember it's bariactric surgery, not brain surgery! You need to get your head in the game!!!!
