Do you use these as a meal?

They're 240 calories and 21 grams of protein a pack, whi*****ludes 2 cups. I can only eat one at a time and I use each one as a meal/snack. I eat about 5-6x times a day and my "snacks" and "meals" are pretty much the same.

Each cup is 10.5 grams of protein and 120 calories. It's a little on the high side calorie-wise v. protein for me, but worth working into my plan every now and then. I love them.

Okay thanks that makes sense.  I do the same I eat about 5x a day and snacks and meals seem to be the same as far as amount.  I might try them out.

I can eat 2 at a time but it's usually a meal for me, otherwise its 1 per snack!!!  They are a little chalky but I still love them for all the protein & good stuff they have in 'em!!!

I ordered them from Quest's website directly.

I love the Quest bars, but you have to use them especially sparingly during weight loss.  They are very calorically dense.  I would use them during weight loss as a fall back for traveling if I couldn't eat real food on schedule.  Now in Maintenance I use them as mid day snacks or desert to get my calories up and get in some bonus protein.

The Cravings Peanut Butter Cups taste delicious - they are about 1/2 again the size of a Reeses cup and the chocolate has more of a dark chocolate taste than a milk chocolate taste.  They have been recently reformulated so the nutrition data on the back of the packaging is out of date.  They have 240 calories, 10g of Carbs, 17g of fat and 20g of protein for a serving of 2 cups.

I tried these during weight loss and they were a trigger food for me then. Since I've been at goal I've tried them again - trying to bump up my calories without relying on high carb, protein poor foods.

I find that eating one of these for a snack on most days is working out just fine and don't seem to send me into a carb binge. I like the Chocolate brownie one best. I heat it in the microwave for 10 sec, cut it into 10 small bites and it satisfies my chocolate fix while giving me 20g. Protein.
