Hello OH family, I been missing in action for a couple of months... As some of you know I had my sleeve done on 8/13/2012 as of tomorrow I will be 4 months out. I had my 3 months follow-up yesterday and I'm down a total of 75lbs I have to say this is one of the best options I have made in my life!!!!!!!! Before the sleeve my life was good I would do simple tasks and hang out from time to time. Now that I have dropped the extra pounds my life is great I'm always out I'm rocking my sleeve

Can you share what you're doing for exercise and food choices? Those numbers are awesome I'm 21 months out and I've lost less than 40lbs.
