Argh! I've hit the infamous 3week stall. I've been at the same weight for 7 days.  My fear is that I will never see the scale move down again.  Please tell me to have faith and patience and that the weight will come off again!

I understand.  I am eight weeks out and I have lost 30 pounds.  In the last few weeks I have gone up and down the same pound a dozen times.   I don't know what to do.  I have stayed on the plan and I am not eating that much.  I can't understand the problem.  But I am worried because Christmas is here and food is everywhere.  I realize 30 pounds in two months is good but the stall makes it seem like it is all in vain.

"have faith and patience.  THE WEIGHT WILL COME OFF" We all had that 3 week stall.  It is normal.  My lasted a little bit over a week.  Just keep doing what you are doing,  eat under your sleeve, walk, walk, walk, and walk.   Stay focus on your goal.  You'll be ok.

One little suggestion?  Don't weight yourself daily.  You'll drive yourself crazy.  Pick a day and time of the week and just weight yourself once.  I had a "break up" with my scale for about two weeks.  We are back together but I am not letting her control this relationship.  LOL

The scale moving is inevitable at this point. It's the first of many just relax and enjoy the ride. Nothing you can do to control it. Just do what your suppose to do...get your water and protein in and don't worry!
