5 Day Pouch Test- Day 1
The 5 Day Pouch test is a short reset for those us who have gotten off track after WLS.
It is basically back to the basis. Day 1 & 2- Liquid Protein Day 3 - Soft Protein Day 4- Firm Protein Day 5- Solid Protein No to low carbs, no drink 30 before or after meals day 3-4. Track water, etc. It's a tool to get both you body and your brain back on the WLS track, because for a lot us a few years out - it is too easy to eat what we shouldn't be eating.
