I'm 2 1/2 years out and have gained back almost 20lbs and the 16 regulars are just a little too tight. I gave a closet full of size 14s and a few 12s.

Carbs and slider foods are evil!

Day 1- of all liquids is down, plus I got in 100 oz's of water.

Great job!! Great day!!   Keep up the good work.   I just finished the 5 day pouch test and am truly back on track .

The 5 Day Pouch test is a short reset for those us who have gotten  off track after WLS.   

  It is basically back to the basis.  Day 1 & 2-  Liquid Protein  Day 3 - Soft Protein Day 4- Firm Protein Day 5- Solid Protein   No to low carbs, no drink 30 before or after meals day 3-4. Track water, etc.      It's a tool to get both you body and your brain back on the WLS track, because for a lot us a few years out - it is too easy to eat what we shouldn't be eating. Drinking with meals, eating slider and carb snacks. Not measuring and eating till stuffed/uncomfortable  instead stopping after enough.    Check the link below:  5daypouchtest.com/index.html
