I will be honest I am thrilled. I haven't exactly been the best patient. OK fine lets just say I am no Elina. LOL I do pay attention to what I eat and get my protein first but I am no where near great at getting it all in. I do exercise some but no where near what I could. On the other hand I have met the goal I wanted to reach by the time my husband came home from deployment. I could have done it faster and I could have toned up more along the way but I didn't and you know what I am not going to beat myself up over it. I am going to ask my husband to help me do better. He will and I will work harder because of his support.

Point being if I can do this anyone can!

5 months & 61 pounds down is fantastic!!!  And your ticker shows you only have 23 more pounds to go at 5 months out?  I will say those last 20-25 pounds are the hardest and will get tougher to lose.  I had to really buckle down to get most of those pounds off.  I started to do cardio with light weights since I started to feel like walking alone (for me) wasn't cutting it anymore.  Try your best to be as focused as you can.  I know you can do this because you've done awesome already!!!

Thanks! I am thrilled too. I know I have a ways to go but if I can get down to 130 I would be thrilled. I know I would be perfect on the charts at 110 but honestly I don't think I want to be that thin. We will see when I get closer but for now I am just excited I made it this far.

Now that your husband is home from deployment I am certain you exercise activity will pick up.     Also please tell him from my family and myself , thank you for his service. Bob

Congrats on the loss! I'm sure your husband is so very proud of you and will be more than willing to help you any way he can.
