Well my 2 year surgiversary was 1/22/13 and I'm so happy. I wish I had done it sooner. I had no complications and Dr. Alvarez was my surgeon. It took fourteen months to lose 110 pounds going from 228lbs and a size 28 to 122 and a size 6.

While in general clothing I look pretty good, nude you could say I would benefit from plastics which are scheduled with Dr. Siamak Agha later this year (TT/TL).

I can eat or drink pretty much anything in moderation but I tend to avoid refined grains, sodas, juices, crystal light type drinks. One of my favorite new goods is hemp seed and another is bison meat (higher in protein but lower in fat than beef). Generally, life is good and maintaining a health diet is easier than ever. I eat a low carb diet most every day but will splurge on carby goodness once every three or four weeks with no real negative effect.

SW: 228Lbs. GW: 125Lbs. Goal in 14.5 Months CW: 122.7Lbs Down 105.3Lbs
