Abdominal Pain

Just hit the 4 month mark and this am after eating I'm hit with abdominal pain. It's upper gastric area and it hits in waves, almost like a spasm. Hurts more lying down especially if I lie on either side. No nausea, no vomiting, no fever. Just this fairly sharp pain intermittently, and a "tight feeling" in between. Almost feels like gas, but is very high up. I don't have my gallbladder & I am on Prilosec. Never had this before, anybody else?
