Friday was the best day since surgery

I went for my 2 mo check up which was early but I am happy to report I lost 60lbs since I started losing 12/4 I am so proud of myself and I know that 60lbs is never coming back no more yoyo dieting ..I am so grateful I had the sleeve and my surgeon Alwyn Harriott is awesome...my God is awesome thank you for a new life at 45 I feel like I am younger I just started this journey I know I can make I have more to lose I am happy to b on the looser bench
