On Monday it will be one month since I have had the sleeve! I have lost 43lbs. so far and today I started eating soft foods. My first meal was greek yogurt. I ate two tablespoons of it I was nervous, but it's all good now. I'm still working on getting my fluids in. I was able to get 70oz. in on Thursday so that is my goal today. I'm so happy that I had this surgery!!! On Wed. my energy finally returned I feel sooooo much better!!! I appreciate all of the advise from everyone here. I have been obsessing OH since Nov. and this site has helped me out a lot!

Thank you !!!

Shanda

Congrats! Amazing! Do you think you lost so well since you were on liquids for 30 days? Were you on cream soups or clear broth? How many calories were you at?

Happy for you!

Thank you!!!  I'm sure not eating has helped with the weight loss, and I did eat cream of chicken soup drained the chicken out of the soup. I was drinking about 400-500 calories. I started soft food today and I still had to drink 3 protein shakes to get to 500 calories. It's a struggle now, but it will get easier.

I was only on clear chicken broth and protein shakes for 2 weeks.  Now I am on soft foods.  You are lucky you lasted 30 days on liquids only!  Good for you! Congrats.
