Funny Looks
I went to a gun collectors show today and saw a few prople I haven't seen for 1-2 years. They looked at me funny and didn't speak to me. I thought it was weird so I went up to one and said something. I could see the gears turning as they recognized my voice, then looked at the name on my badge then said; "Tommy! I didn't recognize you."
I didn't think I had changed at all. At least I now recognize "the look." When I see it again, I will be sure to reintroduce myself so as not to leave a friend befuddled.

I know exactly the look you mean. My best example is the look on my surgeon's face when he walked into the room to talk to my friend a few weeks ago. (I went with her to Mexicali as her support person) I haven't lost anywhere near as much as you, but if you look in my pictures you can see what I looked like 2 days before surgery and now. 70# makes quite a difference!
