phlegm? Anyone get that after drinking a premier? I love them and the chocolate is my favorite.  However, it seems when I drink one for breakfast (or lunch, dinner) I tend to have what I call the 'snorts'.  Like I just can't anything out yet no cold or allergies.   Or is this an allergy to something in drink.  Just curious, I would hate to give them up!!!

I have a premier shake everyday and have not had any phlegmy reaction.  Do other shakes / food / liquids cause this reaction as well?

I've never been able to drink an entire Premiere shake (yet?). I usually break them down into 3/4 cup at one sitting. I'm about 10 weeks. Maybe it's too much at once and is making you feel "phlegmy", etc?

I always check out this website before buying any protein products - www.pro-proteinshake.com - My personal favourite is the Labrada Lean Body Hi-Protein shake because of the high protein:carb ratio.

I'm also having this problem and also feeling a thick coating on my tongue (so gross!)  I feel like if I drink another protein shake, I'm going to vomit.  I know they are necessary but I can't take it anymore!  (sorry to vent on your post)
