I am almost 1 month out and I think I hit a stall!!! How do I make the scale move?

You could try changing sonething up. I usually walk 2 miles per day 5 days a week. If I stall I change something. Walk less or more or not at all. Maybe lift weights. Anything to shake thing up.
It may also be that you have to have patience.
Everyone stalls. Its your bodies chance to reshuffle and catch up.
Check your measurements, see if you are losing inches. Thats what everyone recommends.

Wait it out, take measurements, change up exercise or increase it, up protein but not calories. It's normal and will happen frequently most likely. I know it is frustrating, but the weight will come off if you're being compliant. My doc advocates calorie cycling (a couple days a week of increased calories). I don't do that, but I've heard it works for some people.

It's very normal. Your body is adjusting and it takes time for everything to sync. Stay the course and you will see a change. Promise. I stalled for two weeks.
