At Goal! Well actual below :)
Hello fellow losers!
I hit my initial goal of 175 at week 26 which was exactly 6 months out. Then I changed my goal to be a healthy weight. That was week 29 and a weight of 167. Now I weigh 159.2. The bottom pic was from this weekend and I was 161.2. Vacations are so much easier 119 pounds lighter, lol. Life is crazy good right now. I have done 4 5K's and have a wounded warrior 10K in a week and a half. I ran 6.52 miles last night and have never ran that far. I am amazed at life's possibilities. I just reread through all of my previous posts and comments and I remembered all of my fears of failure. Now I have no idea what my final weight will be. I want to focus on how I feel and not what the scale says. I just signed up for a 5 week dance class. I want to do a boot camp class this summer. Just know that you can do this! Don't settle for less than your best.

Looking good Dianne. Congratulations! You have done amazingly well. I had surgery 10-3-12 in Atlanta. I reached goal recently also. I didn't lose as much as you have. I admire your strength and accomplishment. Glad you are enjoying life and being physically active. I am too and am so thankful for it.
