Got my initial appt with Dr. Cottam

Got an email this morning setting up my initial consultation with Dr. Cottam out of Salt Lake.  My appt is August 15, 12:30 pm here in Elko.  

So here we go . . . .

New to the group, but my meeting is 8/9. I am currently filling all of my prerequisites. I needed a sleep study, barium swallow, & 2 meetings with nutrionalist, & 4 support meetings. Just about all set!! Getting so excited!!

 

 

I'm pretty far out from setting a date if the dr thinks this is right for me. 6 month dr. Supervised diet, I'm sure there will be the psych review, etc. Lots of hoops to jump through.
