Back from post op appointment and very, very excited!!!!!!
I am so excited I can't stand it, I have lost 13.8 pounds since surgery on the 10th. I hadn't weighed myself and won't until next appointment, but I am so surprised and happy--I thought for sure with all the water I had been drinking I was going to gain--I did notice weight loss in the face (isn't that funny). I'm so happy I had to share (and I need to change my ticker thingy

Great job!!! Yay for 10th sleevers!! My scale is not being as nice. lol But I wonder if, once this heat and humidity moves, so will my weight. I tend to hold water in this type of weather.

On the fence about self-pay options and if Mexico is the right choice (or scared of that option)? Let my experience (first time ever in Mexico) be your guide. Don't let fear hold you back!

Loving my 10th sleeve sisters!! I don't know how you keep yourself from not stepping on a scale. I weigh myself every morning. I'm not too concerned about that it says but if it doesn't move, I look back at the day before and try to do something different.
