Watermelon?
I love watermelon. Its a big thing in our home, so when I was in my puree stage I sucked the juice out of a couple pieces. Im now 7 weeks out and yesterday ate one (maybe two) cubes of it. I don't have a problem breaking it down, but I will agree with others that it feels like I am full and almost like its "stuck" going down if I don't really focus on breaking it down. I will crew with my back teeth then bring it to the front and break it apart that way. Ive also crewed a bunch and then spit what was left out just because I couldn't chew anymore. Its all a choice, if you cant live without it then try it. BUT no more than probably 1 cube and you really have to break it down or you will be in pain.

I actually have no problem with watermelon, I chew it to smithereens and only eat a tiny bit, 1/4 to maybe 1/2 cup, and not that often. All those graduation parties I went to this summer had fruit salad and that was my salvation. (along with the meatballs)

There always is an odd one out and I guess this time it is me.
I ate watermelon and cantaloupe early out and they were one of the first fruits I could tolerate. They were OK on my plan after week 2. I didn't eat much, because getting protein in took all the room I had at first. But I did eat a little without a problem. I don't have problems with my blood sugar and fruit does not trigger me to eat more bad foods like it does some people. If it did, I would avoid it.
