Watcha' eating VSGers? Fri., 8/2/13
TGI freakin' F!!!! I need this weekend in a bad way! What do you all have planned? I have the house all to myself tonight. So excited for the peace and quiet and NO TV!!! Tomorrow it's a pedi and a little shopping. Sunday is the groceries and cooking for the week. And it goes without saying they'll be plenty of pool time!

I am so excited. In addition my younger son and his girl are coming down from Portland for the weekend.

L-grilled chicken Asian salad with cabbage, walden farms sesame ginger dressing, green onions, broccoli, and toasted almond slices
S-plain Greek yogurt with sugar free torani coconut syrup, Splenda, and pineapple extract(first time---hope its good!)
D-trying a RNY's friends chicken chili recipe(uses chicken breast, rotel, and walden farms ketchup with chili spices and jalapeños) smells good in crockpot!
S-protein "frosty" with optimum hydro whey choc, pb2, cocoa powder, almond mil****
W-yup....got in 72.....still want to get in to get 100

E-walking for me today....legs really sore and Zumba in the am

TGIF is right! Can I get an AMEN???!!! Starting vacation in 7 minutes and then I'm off for 11 days.

D: Going tanning and will stop by Shaw's next door and pick up a can of soup. Hey, don't hate.

Exercise: Already did my days at the gym this week, but still getting some squats and lunges in on my off day
B - strawberry protein shake
L - 1/4 cup mashed potato, and a little applesauce
S - decaf lowfat latte
D - mocha latte protein shake
S - finish up the mocha shake
I was a little upset that my sister came over to use my grill, and everyone but me was enjoying steaks, corn on the cob, and chips and dip. I can't wait until I can have a little steak, too!
