M-W-F running/jogging/walking 5-6 PM (training for first 5K)

T-TH Hip hop dance exercise class 6-7 PM (It ain't no joke, we sweat)

will add week after next:

T-TH 8-8:45 AM weight lifting class

T-TH 5-5:45 PM Karate class

I have been so blessed that with my 75 weight loss thus far I have been exercising hard core no sagging skin.  My stomach is shrinking big time without sagging.  Now I want muscle definition in my abs, arms & legs...

Way to go, Sassy Diva!!  You put most of us to shame.  Glad to hear that all of this is helping with sagging skin issues.  Keep up the great work! angry

I am so jealous--I work out a lot, but my skin is pretty saggy.  Of course, I also had 2 kids, so maybe it's not JUST because I was fat. :)
