Flax seed meal
I've been using flax seed meal in my protein shakes for a good while now. I like the nutty-ness it gives to the drink- more of a substance (about a tablespoon full). Using it for its fiber. Low cal and some protein. I would like to. Remember to use it a bit more and discover some different ways to use it. Oh, did I mention the benefit of the "good fat" that is in flax- good as olive, fish or avocado.
