this is kind of embarrassing, but I have to ask.
Unfortunately, this does happen to some in the beginning. Liquid in equals liquid/gas out. You could possibly try some gas x strips to help relieve some of the gas. This should pass as you start eating more solid foods. Keep an extra set of clothes with you as a precaution. I wouldn't necessarily try any fiber at this time because it could just become an issue with diarehea.
I experienced the same thing the first couple of weeks. My surgeon recommended Imodium.

Liquids in...liquids and gas out. That's how it was for me the first 2 weeks. If you think you might have to fart, get to the bathroom tout suite! Best advice I ever got here was "don't trust a fart!"
