this is kind of embarrassing, but I have to ask.

Every time I eat or drink I feel like gas is created and I can feel every little gas and muscle movement. Its hurts and makes me sick, but the worst part is it makes its way to the "other end" and I either am about to pass gas then cant or I'm afraid to because sometimes when I pass gas its a wet fart, literally. I try to sit on the toilet but nothing, i think you get the picture. Any suggestions on what to do. It's so annoying. Should I try benefiber to try and form something more solid?

Unfortunately, this does happen to some in the beginning.  Liquid in equals liquid/gas out.  You could possibly try some gas x strips to help relieve some of the gas.  This should pass as you start eating more solid foods.  Keep an extra set of clothes with you as a precaution.  I wouldn't necessarily try any fiber at this time because it could just become an issue with diarehea.

I experienced the same thing the first couple of weeks. My surgeon recommended Imodium.

VSG on 07/08/13 with

Liquids in...liquids and gas out.  That's how it was for me the first 2 weeks.  If you think you might have to fart, get to the bathroom tout suite!  Best advice I ever got here was "don't trust a fart!"
