Zucchini Casserolerecipe wanted

anyone have a good Zucchini Casserole recipe , I have tried egg-face and didn't see one

I don't have any. Did you try google? That's where I find a lot of recipes.

I tried google but the low cal recipes where still pretty high

egg face definitely has some try her search engine.

Our local news had a recipe segment yesterday. They halved a zucchini long ways. Scooped out the innards. Filled it with taco meat and cheese and broiled it. The next one, they brushed with horseradish and filled it with sliced roast beef and of course cheese and then cooked it.

That got me thinking of all sorts of "boats" that could be made with a hollowed out zucchini. I am 10 days post op- still on  liquid diet after coming off a very strict 14 day pre-op. Any food looks great at this point!
