The Weird Things You Notice on this Journey
The main reason for this improvement is that I eat better food, slower and less of it. However, I still use toothpaste... So it's obvious another reason is that my big giant gut no longer sticks out far enough to intercept the trajectory of liquids on their direct path from my lip to the earth.
Embarrassing? Yes, but this morning I mentioned this brilliant revelation to my wife and she said she noticed the improvement months ago but thought mentioning it was unwise. I'm sure others noticed too. Embarrassing.
Please tell me I'm not the only one to discover a weird NSV that makes you happy but cuts both ways by making you a little sad upon reflection...
You are certainly not alone. Now that I eat less and slower, I no longer drip or drop... Its a nice change.
keep up the good work.
best wishes,
Carol

This has absolutely been true for me... due to the same reasons you mentioned... eating healthier, slower, less to get in the way. Also, I'm no longer secretly eating in my car while driving lol... sad but true.
I realized the other day that I still use the handicap bathroom stall at work, just out of habit. It used to be a necessity. It occurred to me that I could just use any stall now lol!

I still pray as I enter the head that the handicap stall is available, but as I get in there I realize I can not only use a small stall... I can use a urinal. Didn't do that for years because, we'll, use your imagination. Embarrassing too
