Should I tell my doctor? I am was just worried, because when I went to the hospital yesterday they ask me had I fallen in the past 3mths. I said no... but guess what happen today I FELL....Just my luck!

Let them know, but also ice the heck out of it.  20 minutes out of every hour you're awake for the first two days.  It'll significantly reduce swelling and bruising, which will significantly reduce the chances of delaying surgery.

Many hospitals now do a fal risk screening tool on patients at admission just to see if they are a fall risk while they are in the hospital.  That is likely why they asked you about recent falls.  It  is not because they will cancel your surgery if you answer yes.  That said, since your knee is sore I would give the dr office a call and let them know so they can be aware. Better safe than sorry!
