do doctor consider starting weight
do some surgeons make smaller sleeves for light weights and larger for heavy weights ?
A light weight would need to eat less cal to lose weight than a heavy weight , because a heavy weight has more to feed
It seems that most of the light weights on here have very small sleeves (32f) and eat a lot less
The logic would be reversed....... smaller sleeve for heavies, and bigger sleeves for lightweights..... a heavy has more to lose.....
That said, it sure doesn't seem like a factor across the board. Most surgeons that make bigger sleeves tend to be afraid of complications as smaller sleeves are harder to make with a low percentage complication rate.

It is a good question.....
But the answer maybe that most VSG surgeons make the same size for everybody and if it differs, it's very small....

but a light weight might find it harder to lose eating the same amount as a heavy weight
But, do most lights have a more active metabolism ?
