Drinking and eating or eating and drinking??

I also now drink before eating since it doesn't really harm you.  I've always listened to the advice of not drinking while eating or after and think I am getting the benefit of the food taking a while to digest.  May sound silly, but I sometimes set the stop watch on my phone to make sure I get to 45 mins.  Keeps me in check ;)

you get use to not drinking with or after meals.  and after about 2 months from surgery, you can cut down that before time as well (to like 5 minutes) - the liquid really just passes right through once your stomach is healed and inflammation has gone down
