yes,liquid is liquid, even if mixed with something else. Milk is counted in the hospital setting so why would it. Not be counted at home? Of course,you should also be dri king plenty of. Clear fluids as well.

I think they want you to count all tha****er separately from the water you drink in meals just to make it easier to count so you know you aren't under drinking.

Yes, skim milk is mostly water anyway -- your body can't tell that some fats etc. have been packaged along with it. My surgeon says to count everything you drink as fluid except alcohol.

My surgeon says to count all fluids as fluids. With that being said, I do try to make sure that half of what I've drank is straigh****er. I was sleeved on 10/30 and am hitting about 80 oz daily.
