Hi All,

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday weekend.  I had a lovely holiday with family, and I am also glad to be back to my routine.

So, Whatcha eating today, Peeps?

Breakfast -  Parmesan Crusted Chicken and pan fried cabbage

Lunch - Finishing off that yummy Greek chicken with kalamata olives, feta and tomatoes.

Dinner - turkey and mashed cauliflower

vitamins - done

Water - 2 out of 6 - sigh

Exercise - off to the recumbent bike soon

3 days post op - I've gotten up to about 3 oz of liquid at a time. I am doing sf jello, chicken broth, and sf pudding. Trying mostly to stay hydrated, and I'll worry about my protein after I manage to drink enough!

Made the mistake of screwing around yesterday and I did not cook for the week so had to scramble for lunch today.

B - Protein Bar

S - Almonds

L - Ham

S - Greek Yogurt and protein bar (pre-workout)

D - no idea probably steak and salad

S - Greek Yogurt with Fiber One Cereal

W - On Track

V - Yep

E - Orange Theory Tonight

B: nothing, had a crazy morning!

L: eggplant rollatini with a side salad

S: not sure, probably nothing

D: pork chops with shallots and mushrooms and a side of cauliflower gratin

S: ice pop

Fluid: ok

X: 30 mins elliptical and some weight training

Havent posted in a while really, had a good semi healthy choice thanksgiving though, I am proud!

B Greek Yogurt

S Veggie Straws

L left over 'Sammy salad' - lettuce, gyro meat, dressing, cucumbers OMG to die for

S Cheese stick? Perhaps

D gotta go to MOES- I will get a salad with chicken beans and such.

S Protein Shake

 

Vits- left em at home- crap, I will catch up tonight after job2

Water half way! Will add extra since I feel poopy today.

Exercise: none today, woke up with a freakin headache from hell, asked to come in late, but was told only by 9am, crap. I also work job2 tonight so I wont be home until 9:30 at least. Oh joy!

B: 2 oz turkey and a babybel light wheel

L: 3 stuffed mushrooms I made with turkey italian sausage, spinach, water chestnuts, onions, garlic, parmesan, and goat cheese (they pack a helluva protein punch and are 153 cals for 3)

S: Quest double chocolate chunk protein bar

D: Smoked salmon omelet with 1 egg and 1/2 oz 1/3 less fat neufchatel cheese

S: 1/2 cup freeze dried edamame

Really pleased that today, I'm hitting 90 grams of protein all packed into 748 cals and I've already done some walking to even "reduce" cals more.
