Thirsty!thirsty! Thirsty!
Is it normal to feel sooo thirsty all the time? I do get from 1.5 to 2 liters of liquids per day but I often feel soo thirsty and I ALWAYS feel the need to drink when I eat and afterwards..
I am like that. I have to drink a minimum of 150 ounces per day, and anything less I feel a bit desperate to drink. At least it is good for us to drink, as long as you are choosing good choices!

I would try adding some salt to your diet. If you are eating really low carbs your body is not able to retain the water as well as it did before. It's really important for your body to be able to hold on to SOME of the water you drink to keep your body running smoothly. I would also make sure your using quality salt that has its natural minerals still in it like the pink or gray sea salt.
Are you on any medication? I take a diuretic for intracranial hypertension, and one of the side effects is thirst, but before surgery that wasn't a problem, but now it is. My doctor said that because my stomach is so much smaller, it digests and absorbs the medicine differently which is why the side effects came back.
Also I was told that you have to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces. So I way 381 half is 190.5 so I am supposed to drink 190.5 ounces a day. which is an incredible amount lol. Be aware that the larger your body the more water you need, so even if you get the recommended 6-8 glasses a day--that recommendation is made for the AVERAGE size person.
I try to keep a water bottle with me all the time, and sip on it always. Otherwise I think I've had enough water and realize that I've only finished 1 16.9 ounce bottle!
Yes. It is still like that for me, but not as bad as during the first month. I always felt thirsty and it was frustrating because I wanted to just chug my water, but couldn't. Still can't, of course, but I am able to drink it a bit faster.
Resist the urge to drink druing your meals. It's hard, but important!
It's normal for me. In addition to the stuff above I think ketosis plays a role. It simulates a taste in your mouth that makes you think of thirst.

Google NSNG and learn the right way to eat each day
I haven't fallen to the temptation to drink while I eat and I truly hope I don't lol... But what's also annoying is that as per my plan, I've got to stop drinking at least 30 min b4.. Then it takes me about 1 hour to eat and then it sais no drinking for 1 hour after eating so that's 2h30 lost of not drinking 3 times per day that's 7h30 hours lol.... This is very frustrating!
Me too. And not just thirsty but really pasty and dry. I can sip water and it doesn't relieve that feeling. I have tried sucking in sugar free hard candies and that helps a little. Sugar free Popsicles seem to quench the best but you can't just carry those around with you
