Travel NSV's and back on track
I traveled quite a bit over the holidays, and it was really nice. First, I didn't get the "Oh my god, please don't sit next to me" looks from the people in the plane as I walked down the aisle. Then, when I sat down it just felt like the seats were so much bigger than they used to be. I hooked my seat belt with no extender, and was even able to put down the tray table which really surprised me. We ate at several places that had booths, and although I looked at them and thought I'd never fit, I fit with room to spare.
My goal was just to maintain my weight during the holidays. I gained 3 pounds, but still consider that a win. I'm totally back on track again...eating my 5 small meals a day, three hours apart, with no snacks in between. I'm exercising a half hour a day minimum. I'm totally psyched to lose the other half of the weight I have left to lose. I vow to have a good loss this month!
