I ordered a bunch of samples from Nashua nutrition. So far, i hate Bariatric Fusion or advantage...i forget what it's called. Boged me out! I REALLY like Chike! Their iced coffee is delicious, also liked the vanilla and chocolate. Syntrax nectars are hit and miss. I want crazy about the Apple, but enjoyed the pink grapefruit, Crystal sky, and cherry.

I only drink the Premier Chocolate ready to drink. My potassium is low, so doc told me to add a banana. Delicious!

Premier ready-made (in drink boxes) tastes good but my surgeon doesn't want me using the pre-made kind so I have to go with the powders. These are the ones I keep on hand:

Syntrax Nectar, I like most of the flavors but usually have Roadside Lemonade and Lemon Tea. BJ's Bariatrics online has a good deal on sample packets.

Jay Robb Whey, chocolate and strawberry. I like these because the flavor is subtle and it's sweetened with stevia.

I bought like 8 different kinds pre-op. I'm now 2 1/2 months post-op and Syntrax matrix Mint Cookie is the only one I want to drink these days lol the matrix ones mix well and taste awesome.
