eggs any which way

sardines

turkey wrap with lettuce and cheese

fritata

a million variations of omlets

crustless quiche

dinner leftovers

lunch leftovers

tuna salad

Flax or almond flour cheese blintzes

soup

Shrimp salad

protein cereal

And yeah, yogurt, cottage cheese and all that too!

lol, do you mean egg face? I usually drink a protein shake, chocolate with almond milk and some falvoured instant coffee. Today I made a western with green peppers, onion, tomatoes, ham and cheese. It was yummy. Once in a while I'll have a ham or turkey roll up with some cheese.

Chicken breakfast sausage(ground) w/ 1 egg plain omelet w chipolte tobasco or salsa

home made lentil & chicken italian sausage soup

mix tuna, cottage cheese and diced boiled egg with low fat mayo. Tripple protein whammy!

1/4 cup Unsweetened applesauce, 1/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese

Flaxmeal hot cereal, couple tbls. mixed with either water or 2% milk sweetened with truvia and flavored with cinnamon

Fry cheese for cheese chips. great protein snack and yummy when dipped in vegetarian refried beans, salsa and a small slice of avacado.

Home made Flaxmeal muffin in a minute. Also i make a parmesian Flaxmeal sandwich roll i cut up and freeze. Their good for mini sandwiches.( I cleared flaxmeal with my surgeon and dietician by the way.) It's big enough to slice into servings and freeze. I put peanutbutter on a slice, so yummy. Will share recipe if requested.

Since i liked breakfast for dinner i don't see why it's wrong to like dinner for breakfast. High protein meats and fish as in 25 grms in 3 oz tuna, 3 oz pork loin chops 21 grms, 3 oz turkey white meat 21 grms, 3 0z veal loin or veal leg 21 grms. I like a choice of meat with a couple tbls of beans. A double whammy of protein.

There's no rules of what choice of protein you eat at a certain time of day. As you well know, what is important, is protein first. Hope this greenhorn helped such a great vet as yourself. Plus your my only friend here. Thanks for that!
