Is This Real Life?
Just had my 2 week post op checkup. I am down 19 pounds since the surgery, for an overall total of 30 since January 1st. I have been cleared for cardio and water aerobics, and can begin puréed foods tonight!
Part of me feels like weeping with joy. I never could have imagined losing this kind of weight before. It just feels so surreal!
Autumn
Woohoo! Keep up the great momentum! And, hey! You may not stall at 3 weeks. I didn't stall until several months in. Just keep plugging along with your protein and water! They are the absolute KEY!
