don't worry about calories at this stage , you need to try and eat 80 gm of protein , eggs are good , grill tilipia is great , tuna
and don't forget to drink your 65 oz + of water
most people latter on try for between 500-800 cal while on weight loss , 1200 or more on maintance but everyone is diffrent and every plan is diffrent
When I was at your stage, I was eating about 300-400 calories a day. I'm 8 months out now and I'm up to 700 calories a day.

At that stage, I ate about 260-300 calories a day. That included 1-30 gr protein shake daily. Now at 4 months out, I eat around 400-430 calories.
