Ok I am in soft food stage.so how many calories am I to eat? Can you help!

don't worry about calories at this stage , you need to try and eat 80 gm of protein , eggs are good , grill tilipia is great , tuna

and don't forget to drink your 65 oz + of water

most people latter on try for between 500-800 cal while on weight loss , 1200 or more on maintance but everyone is diffrent and every plan is diffrent

Yay! I was just going to ask the same too. I'm still on soft-pureed, and doing about 700-800. My Fitness Pal diary complains. Is less than 1200 too little for us?

Ignore MyFitnessPal complaints - it's probably some legal BS they have to print if you go below a certain number of calories.

When I was at your stage, I was eating about 300-400 calories a day.  I'm 8 months out now and I'm up to 700 calories a day.

At that stage, I ate about 260-300 calories a day.  That included 1-30 gr protein shake daily.  Now at 4 months out, I eat around 400-430 calories.

Losses by Months: (5' 1") WL Pre-Op-154  M1-28​, M2-12, M3-18, M4-15, M5-14.5, M6-13.5, M7-10, M8-13, M9-14, M10-10, M11-1 (What the heck??)  M12-4as of today's date
